• 29 year-old woman, 5’2″, 120 lbs, underwent bilateral breast augmentation through an infra-mammary approach with placement of Sientra smooth silicone gel implants 255 cc into the dual-plane (submuscular). She is shown prior to surgery and three months postoperatively.
