Your post-operative care is almost as important as your surgical procedure in determining the success of your surgery. Patients are provided written copies of these postoperative instructions at the time of their pre-operative appointments, but for your convenience they are included here as well.

Please note that if you have had your surgery performed by another surgeon, your instructions may vary. Each surgeon has her or his own preferences for post-operative care based on personal experience, and you are urged to follow your own surgeon’s recommendations for your specific case.
