28 year-old woman with Grolleau stage 3 (severe) tuberous breast deformity underwent bilateral breast implant placement into the dual-plane (submuscular) with release of constricting fibers at the base of both breasts. Given the severity of her condition, she required initial tissue expansion followed by permanent implant placement. She has had two subsequent surgeries for release of scar tissue and implant exchange. She is shown prior to her initial surgery and 2 months following her most recent procedure.
